It has been proven that regular exercise can prevent obesity,
cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer, osteoporosis, arthritis and high
blood pressure. In many cases of existing conditions, exercise can be
beneficial in controlling and reducing the symptoms. Each day more and more
people are including exercise in their daily lives. Alarmingly, the number
of sports and fitness related injuries is rising with the growing population
of health seekers which is why I believe proper exercise instruction is
important for all people, whether you can't touch your toes or are prepping
for your next competition.
